This is an introductory taoist and tantra workshop suitable for those with little or no experience of tantra as well as more seasoned tantrikas. It will be facilitated by Mike Lousada and Elena Konstantinou.

Learn to deepen your awareness, awaken your senses, expand your energy and learn a new way of being in your body. We will work with breath, sound and movement to enable you to connect with your body and feel the deliciousnes of your aliveness more fully.

Our unqiue approach incorporates a powerful combination of taoist, tantric  and sufi practices to allow you to connect more deeply with your body and to expand your consciousness.

The exercises are powerful, but there will be no overt sexual content or nudity in this workshop.  This workshop is suitable for singles or couples.
