For the last fifteen years Mike Lousada has undertaken a personal study of many spirituality disciplines and healing methods, including meditation, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Shamanism and Energetic Healing and Sacred Sexual Healing.

Mike has been practicing neo-tantra (as taught in the West) for the past 5 years and has done trainings with several of the leading UK tantra schools, both in groups and as individual sessions. He also “re-discovered” a more ancient classical tantra which is more devotional and spiritual than Western neo-tantra. Mike has a daily devotional practice of chanting and meditation to honour the goddess.

Mike has run and actively participated in men’s workshop trainings since doing the New Warrior Training Adventure with the Mankind Project in 2003.

Being a fully qualified Reiki practitioner and a shamanic healer, as well as currently studying a three year professional training in transpersonal psychotherapy gives depth, variety and versatility to Mike’s work.

He trained in Sacred Sexual Healing with one of the leading practitioners in this field, Baba Dez, founder of the Sedona Temple.

Like all therapists, Mike is in professional supervision for his work and receives that support and guidance from another well respected sexual healer and psychotherapist. As part of his professional training he is also in personal psychotherapy.

Mike’s work in sexual healing is coloured by all aspects of his experience and training. He is based and offer sessions in Central London.

This healing work is a dedicated to the great goddess Kali, who is the embodiment of feminine creative energy in all its aspects, not just the image of feminine fierceness that is commonly known in the West.
